Andy is a design and visualisation specialist with expertise in 2d and 3d design. He develops CGI imagery, fly through video and VR experiences used in design development and community engagement. Andy knows street design from the ground up, having learnt the basics whilst working as a CAD designer and engineer on high profile projects such as the London Cycle Hire and the London 2012 Olympics amongst numerous highway and street design projects. Since moving into visualisation, Andy has pushed the boundaries of the use of CGI imagery, immersive experiences and mobile apps in traffic and transportation

CYCLE SUPERHIGHWAYS
Developed CGI photo montages for design development and community engagement of Cycle Superhighways 4,9 and 12.
CYCLE SIMULATOR
Created a VR ‘Cycle simulator’ within Unity to enable the review of designs at the cyclist’s point of view.
PROJECT AR
A cross platform mobile App designed to show unused utilities on site.
PEDESTRIAN AI
Developing a pedestrian AI within Unity to help trial different pedestrian options during the feasibility stage.
WATERLOO STATION
The redesign of Waterloo Station and surrounding areas: including 6 still CGI photo montages and a full CGI animated fly-through.
OXFORD STREET
The regeneration of Oxford Street: Building Oxford Street and surrounding areas in 3D with the intention to create a full VR user experience within a gaming engine.
